This is the stage where hard work begins. We research the market, the competition, the historical and geographical circumstances, the trends. If necessary, we conduct a SWOT and/or a BCG analysis. We make a forecast and recommendations.



Based on our recommendations and your decisions, we start developing the products.



This is the phase when we test the products on the market.



If the tests would prove to be successful, we will then launch the products.



In this stage, the products are launched and we will review their success.



We will provide ongoing maintenance, training and helpdesk.
